Refund policy

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our manufactured gear and the health/safety regulations regarding our food and coffee products, JRB Artificer Labs does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged Items:
We take pride in our packaging, but if an item arrives physically damaged due to shipping, you must contact us at Jason@JRBArtificerLabs.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
Note: We do not accept returns for damaged items. If a damage claim is verified, we will file an insurance claim with the carrier and provide a replacement. For verified carrier damage, JRB Artificer Labs will cover the replacement shipping; for all other discretionary replacements, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
