Shipping and Handling Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Domestic shipping rates are based on total package weight. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different vendors, print-on-demand partners, or shipping locations.

Waukesha-area local delivery may be available for eligible items when the delivery address is within our local delivery zone. If local delivery is available, it will appear at checkout.

Local pickup is not currently offered through checkout. If local pickup becomes available for a specific order, details will be coordinated directly after the order is placed or through prior communication.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
