After you order

Text your design idea, image, logo or wording to (262) 207-4820 with your order number. We will prepare a proof for approval before engraving begins.

Production does not begin until the design details are confirmed and you approve the artwork. Because these are custom-made items, custom coaster orders are not returnable or refundable after proof approval and production has started.

Local pickup is available near downtown Waukesha. Customers are responsible for providing artwork, logos or designs they have permission to use.
